The talk will describe what data driven culture means and how an organisation can assess where they are in terms of their decision management maturity. The talk will discuss how companies can create a data-driven decision-making strategy taking the strategic, tactical and operational aspects into account. We will also look at building an analytics and data roadmap to implement strategy. Consideration will be given to choosing and managing projects, assembling, and growing a team and dealing with technical infrastructure
