Greenman Investments joins CeADAR as industry member

CeADAR, Ireland’s national centre for Applied AI, is delighted to announce that Greenman Investments, the market-leading real investment fund manager, has joined CeADAR as an industry member. Greenman is a market-leading sector-specific real estate investment fund manager of a growing portfolio of grocery anchored real estate assets in Europe.

CeADAR is a technology centre whose focus is on delivering business value and helping companies in their digitalisation transformation using AI and analytics. The Centre has a long track record of delivering AI and Analytics technology and innovation into businesses to build capacity and strengthen competitiveness.
Its strategy and innovative work are set by its industry membership, which is drawn from a broad base of industries in Ireland and internationally. Membership is open to all companies working in the AI and Analytics domains.

Companies that become CeADAR members get immediate access to an extensive catalogue of AI and data analytics technology demonstrators for evaluation at no cost as well as gaining access to national experts in AI and data analytics. They can also collaborate with CeADAR in rapid prototype development and/or bespoke work and in seeking to access national and European funding. CeADAR has recently introduced its AI maturity model which allows companies to benchmark their stage of AI capability and map out their AI and analytics strategy.

Greenman Investments is working on several initiatives aimed at future-proofing its properties to ensure they are ready to support the fast-evolving needs of its tenants, the grocery retailers.

Edward McDonnell, CeADAR Centre Director, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Greenman into the CeADAR membership. Greenman will add significantly to the expertise in the ecosystem of members working at the cutting-edge of analytics, Machine Learning and AI.”
