Raj Shekhar, from India, completed a Master’s in Data Science at UCD before joining CeADAR’s Work Ready Graduate Programme, having been “intrigued and excited” by its unique programme structure of working while continuously learning.
“My experience of the programme has been excellent so far and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to grow, work and learn all at the same time,” he says.
For his placement, Raj is working with Cornmarket Financial Services as a Data Analyst. “The in-depth data analysis that I do helps to uncover different prospects and unidentified features of the business,” Raj says. “My analysis helps the management to make informed decisions that eventually lead to the overall growth of the organisation.”
Raj is determined to continue growing his knowledge and expertise. He found the professional training he received from CeADAR as a Scrum Master and in Project Management to be highlights of the programme, along with the support provided by his mentor and the programme coordinator.
