Vaibhav Behl, from India, completed a Master’s in Computer Science, majoring in Machine Learning and Data Science, in University College Dublin, before joining CeADAR’s Work Ready Graduate Programme.

“I realised that this would be great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world projects,” he says. “It has given me a lot of confidence to work with stakeholders at a variety of levels within an organisation.”

Vaibhav has been placed with Irish agrochemical company Life Scientific for the programme, where he is developing solutions to support business process automation and researching the application of deep learning techniques. “I am working on multiple projects,” he says. “I get to learn something new every day, and I have got great mentors who guide and motivate me to perform well.”

Vaibhav’s long-term goal is to become an expert in Data Science. “I have a passion for Data Science and Machine Learning,” he says. “This programme has given me a perfect start, and now I want to convert it into a successful journey of innovation.”
